Subgrade
We use 3”- 4” of crushed open gravel for the subgrade under our turf. We find that 1”-2” of ¼” – ¾” minus rock can inhibit drainage. Cascade Greens will also address specific drainage issues that you may have or through our observation. We also guarantee that our turf will drain and never puddle.
Antimicrobial Turf
We offer products that have antimicrobial fibers and backings and offer an antimicrobial sand infill. These products ensure that none of the materials absorb bacteria. This is most helpful in yards with pets.
No Sub-Contractors
We do not sub-contract any of our work to outside labor forces. Synthetic turf is a difficult trade to perfect, and by sub-contracting any work, you are likely to compromise the job. You can expect a Cascade Greens crew from start to finish. Our crews are clean and courteous and respectful of you and your property. They will show up on time, perform all work as promised and stay until you are satisfied.
Warranty
We offer a ten year manufacturer’s warranty for the turf we install (seven year for putting green turf). Cascade Greens warrants the workmanship for a period of five years and ten years on all seams from the date of completion.
